Product Description The Rainshow'r chlorine shower filter attachs between your shower head and your water pipe. A water flow control is also available which will allow water conservation. Rainshow'r Mfg Co was the first to use KDF (50% zinc and 50% copper) technology. This is now the industry standard. In the filtration process, the free chlorine recombines with a metal ion, changing the chlorine to a soluble zinc chloride, which washes out of the filter and is harmless to humans. Unit with showerhead also available.-Healthier, younger looking skin -Softer, more manageable hair -Reduces fading of color treated-hair -Relief from dry skin and scalp -Improved lathering and sudsing -Removes 90% or more of free chlorine -Great for those with Chlorine sensitivity -NSF Certified

Loved it! December 31, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is the first dechlorination device I have ever tried and I absolutely loved it. Highly recommend. I live in Texas, water is hard and heavily chlorinated, so much so that it bleaches the wooden fence when hit by the lawn sprinklers....but my first shower was heavenly...my skin and my hair loved it!!!
point of diminishing returns December 22, 2007 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
this is my fourth Rainshow'r filter, and unfortunately I've noticed none of the immediate effects of the first three: namely a profound beading not to mention a noticeable buoyancy to the water as it emerges. a contributor to Consumer Reports suggested I try different brands/media, which I will do in the future.
