I'm a do it yourself kind of guy, but the product isn't as easy to use as advertised. First of all, there are not instructions to tell you what goes where. You have to figure out what filter goes where on your own. It is not "plug and play". Plug and play would mean one hose in, and one hose out. That's not the case. There is a hose that is supposed to go "To Tank", but there is no "Tank" provided. One hose is to go "To Drain", but I don't know what that means as there are no instructions.
I tried to download the instruction manual from Watts Premier's website, but the $600 system I purchased is not on their website. None of their instruction manuals were useful as they all show some type of electronics and all have storage tanks and faucets, the one I purchased does not.
I'm not sure if the unit I purchased was used or not, but it didn't look brand new. There were scratches on the frame, water in one of the filter tubes, no sticker on the frame, etc.
Purchase this item only if you're familiar with water filtration systems and the installation. Mine is collecting dust until I can get a plumber out to hopefully figure out the installation. If not, you'll be seeing it for sale online.
