One years worth of filters in one box. Includes everything but the membrane. I looked all over the net for the best deal- and this is it! What made it the best was decent price and FREE SHIPPING from Amazon. Guys on eBay wanted up to $23 for shipping this same kit. Watts can't even match this deal on their website. I am in in SoCal and received this item in 1 day shipped from Amazon's Reno facility. Amazing.
Good filters, good value February 17, 2008
I bought these replacement filters for my 5 stage Watts system. They work fine and they are a good value, in my opinion.
Filter change instructions December 8, 2007

I installed the filter system several months ago an I REALLY like it. However, the light has been flashing red and it is time to change the filters. Problem is, if I still have any original instructions, they are misplaced now, and the filter package has no instructions. I figured I had to turn off the supply water and relieve the pressure by pressing on the air valve pin as you would a tire valve. I was able to unscrew the filter housings by hand and insert the new filters - that went fine. I left the outlet open for a while to let the air escape - that went fine.
I also assume - and vaguely remember - that one of the filters gets changed less often than the others. By observing how many of each there are, I suppose I did that correctly.
My question is this: Am I supposed to add air pressure with a pump, or, will the incoming water build up the required pressure in time?

These filters are a good price and all but no instructions came with them and it says they come with the tool needed to access the filter chambers. No tool came and now I am forced to shop for one and cannot find one. The information about what I am getting needs to be accurate.
