| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Chicago Metallic's Commercial bakeware line is manufactured to meet the exacting standards of commercial bakers and those who want traditional uncoated pans. Strong and durable, it is backed by a 25 year warranty and can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. Picking up this pan you will immediately note its substantial weight and thick rolled edges which will not warp as ligther weight bakeware is prone to do.

Great product, great price January 6, 2009 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I recommend this to anyone looking for quality baking pans... I have used these for everything and they clean up pretty well, don't warp, and are a must-need in every kitchen. Great price as well!
Excellent! January 6, 2009 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
These cookie pans are excellent. After reading the reviews I have decided to buy these and all the statements made are correct. Great quality and no warping. I truly believe to enjoy these cookie pans for many years.
Jelly Roll Pans January 6, 2009 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Recently I purchased the Commercial non-treated Jelly Roll Pans. I have searched for years to find the commercial grade that I have used since 1969. My grandchildren borrowed mine since the ones found in stores do not work as well for making breads, cookies etc. My pans are nearly black from use over the years and are perfectly seasoned with time. Now they have their own! I only wish that the pans were more readily available in restaurant and baking supply houses rather than the treated ones found there. Every serious baker should use these pans.
Decent pans, same issues January 1, 2009 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
The pans came pretty much as expected (after reading the reviews here):
- The bottom (hidden) pan was dented. I'm guessing this discount 2-pack is their way of getting rid of at least one dented pan per order. You get what you pay for! - The adhesive used to stick the label to the top pan is stronger than anything I've seen used in an application like this. Budget a glue-remover into this purchase. They look like good pans, though. Just know what to expect.
Very happy with pans. November 23, 2008 They are not your department store cheapies, these are heavy duty pans. I love baking cookies in them. You can't go wrong, would order them again.
