Product Description
No squeezing, no cranking, just a gentle shake, shake, is all it takes to sift flour for pastries and cakes. Then there's the other major complaint about sifters: they always leave flour dust in your cabinets. Not this one thanks to top and bottom plastic lids.

 Should have paid attention to other reviews! December 25, 2008
This is the worst product I have purchased from Amazon. This sifter is ineffective, difficult to use, and messy. I tried it twice....that was enough. Don't waste your money. It is far more effective to simply use a wire collander. Back to the old sifter for me.

I have had this sifter for several years now and it is the best of the 5-6 I have had. It is sturdy stainless and has convenient covers on top and bottom. Since I have arthritis, I find it easier to use than a trigger type or winder . Yes, it's slower, and it is small, but for me it has lasted longer than any others I have had, without leaking or breaking!

I'm a amateur baker and I love this product, It's easy to use. I don't understand the people who said "slow" (including my cousin), because for me it's very good, I guess I found the right move, since the first use, to make it work properly. I would like it to be a little bigger so it can hold 500grs not only 400grs of flour.

The size is good but it is a little tiring to squeeze handle when I have more than a cup to sift.
