Product Description A classic game of skill and action that's easy to learn and fun to play! Players place the monkeys in the tree and move the sticks according to the colored die. The player who collects the fewest number of monkeys, wins! No reading is required, so it's perfect for younger kids. Comes with a tree, 30 monkeys, 30 sticks in three colors and special die. This game of skill will drive you bananas. Drop the monkeys through the hole in the top of the clear plastic "tree" after placing sticks of each color through all the holes. Each player rolls the colored die and pulls out a stick of the same color. It's important to choose carefully, because you keep the monkeys that fall through the tree when you remove your stick. The player with the least number of plastic monkey pieces wins the game. For 2 to 4 players. Ages 5 to 10

Very pleased. Fun for all ages January 7, 2008 Game is easy to put together and fun for all ages. My 3 and 6 yr olds really enjoy it. The only drawback is that the sticks get bent a little easily.
lots of fun for preschoolers December 26, 2007 I gave these to my boys, ages 4 and 3, for Christmas, and they think it's great. They can play, just the two of them, or I can play with them because I think it's a lot of fun too (as opposed to other preschooler-geared games)! I agree with another reviewer who said it's educational (fine motor skills, color recognition, counting). Perhaps the best thing is that they just think it's fun to see the monkeys tumble; they don't "get" that you don't want them to fall in order to win!
A fun time September 10, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My kids, ages 6 and 4 played this game over the summer with two other kids their age and loved it! When we bring it to other people's houses kids of all ages join in. I now have a few extras to hand out as presents:)
A big hit for all ages! July 18, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Got this game a few years back, loved it at the time, & forgot about it. At the end of the school year this year, all 3 of my kids had Game Day where everyone brought in a game to play at school. All 3 took this game (luckily they weren't all the same day!). It was a BIG hit in all 3 classes: Kindergarten, 1st grade, & 3rd grade! It was such a hit that I tried to buy it for a couple upcoming bday parties, but I couldn't find it at Wal-mart or Target, so I mail ordered several from Amazon. It's a perfect gift to tuck away for any age or gender! (I must admit, even I think it's fun to try to figure out strategies to keep those monkeys from tumblin'!)
fun toy for preschool to early grade ages July 14, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
my 4 and 7 yr old enjoy playing this game. they can set it up and put it away by themselves. they're careful to pay attention as the game goes along. this is a nice quiet game that is great for 2 or 3 players to teach taking turns and concentrating.
